- How long does it take for the photos to reach the delivery address I have chosen?
The delivery time is 2-4 days to most locations in India. Interiors may take a couple of days longer.
- Does it take the same time to reach any location in India?
The photos are delivered within two days to the Metro cities. It takes 1-2 days more for other cities and large towns.
- How do I track the status of my order? Whether it has been received, printed, dispatched, or delivered?
There is an ‘Order status’ on the horizontal bar of the MeraSnap home page. It gives a quick status of the order – whether its has been received, in printing process, dispatched, or delivered.
- How will I know if my folks in India have received the printed photographs?
MeraSnap phones your destination and confirms delivery of the photos. Thereafter, you’ll receive an email from MeraSnap confirming the same.
- Are the photo prints couriered? What if my destination address is a remote village where no courier services exist?
MeraSnap door-delivers the printed photos through two of India’s premier courier services - DTDC Couriers and Professional Couriers which have a well-established foot-print across major cities and towns in India. If your destination address is beyond the reach of our courier service, then we deliver through registered Indian Post. The latter will take around a week to deliver.
