- How do I pay for my order?
After you finalized the order, you will be taken to the Check Out page where you need to pay through one of the payment gateways – Paypal or CC Avenue. The completion of the transaction process is generally quick, but sometimes may be sluggish due to various intermediary reasons.
- Will I get a confirmation after I have paid?
Yes, you will get a mail from the respective payment gateway after you have completed transaction. The mail contains the Order number and details of the recipient address. In case of Paypal, the address shown will be your US address, but you may ignore it. The photos will be sent to the address mentioned on MeraSnap.
- When I pay through Paypal, the confirmation mail that I get from them shows my own address as the shipping address. It should have been my family address in India to whom I have sent the photos to. Why the discrepancy?
As indicated above, it is a Paypal specific issue. You may rest assured that the photos will be delivered to the correct address in India.
- Can I pay through direct bank-to-bank transfer?
Yes, CC Avenue, one of MeraSnap’s payment gateways, provides the facility.
- Does MeraSnap offer payment-on-delivery option?
Not as of now.
