- How do I begin ordering prints of my photos?
Once you have uploaded the new photos into the chosen album, select the photos you wish to be printed and click on the ‘Add to cart’ button. You’ll be taken to the cart page wherein the photos selected for printing are displayed. You need to choose the finish (matte or glossy), the size, option to laminate and writing caption for each photo. The next steps will enable you to choose photo-related gifts, provide recipient address/es and payment methods. Your order is deemed complete after you see the message “Transaction successful” after completing the payment.
- Can I order the same set of photos to more than one recipient address?
Yes, You can send the same set of photos to two addresses in India.
- Will I be able to upload photos at different intervals and pay at one time?
Yes, you can. At the beginning of the upload session, you'll be asked to create and name an album. You can create different albums and upload photos into any of them at your convenience on different days (since uploading depends on your connection speed, bandwidth restrictions, firewalls etc). You can then choose the photos you wish to print and go to the order page to complete the rest of the steps.
If due to some reason your session is interrupted (Internet failure, power going off and all that), the photos that you had uploaded till the interruption will be there in the chosen album.
- How much will it exactly cost me if I were to use your services to send 10 snaps of (4x6 size) to a town in Kerala?
Rs. 79. (Rs. 44 for 10 photo prints and Rs. 35 for shipping). The shipping cost remains the same for any number of photos and to any place in India
- Will I be able to alter or cancel the order at any stage in course of using MeraSnap?
You can. There are sufficient options at every stage in MeraSnap to modify or cancel the order. You can start afresh at any other time. Since the photos that you have uploaded will be safe in the album, you don’t have to start from scratch the next time around.
